IT Oscar for AutoMapa - the Navigation of the year 2009!2010-02-26 AutoMapa has been awarded with the Virtual Phone statue - the prestigious award granted by the Mobile Internet magazine. The awards are given for great achievements, products and services that shined on the marked in the last year. For the second consecutive time the competition jury has selected AutoMapa as the best Navigation of the Year. The award in this vote testifies to the quality, innovation and trust that nearly 500,000 loyal users vest in AutoMapa. By awarding AutoMapa, the jury stressed in particular the operation of AutoMapa Traffic - the only Polish system of calculating routes, taking into account road jams available online. "Each award we receive motivates us to work even harder. We are glad that it is not only AutoMapa quality and accuracy which are awarded, but also the innovations, which set new navigation development trends. Being the most often awarded navigation in the market is a real challenge for us, because we must meet the highest users' expectations", said Janusz M. Kamiński, AutoMapa's PR and Marketing Director, on receiving the Virtual Phone award. In a period as short as January and February 2010, AutoMapa was granted several prestigious awards. It was distingushed with the Program of the Year title by the specialist magazine PC World, the Product of the Year by PDAClub.pl or the Best Polish Developer, to name just a few. The ninth "Virtual Phone" edition summarized the IT market achievements in 2009 and was a meeting place for the VIPs of Polish IT and new technologies. |
